Don't miss New York-based flutist Nicole Schoeder and pianist Scott Bailey in recital this coming Monday, July 15 at noon. Audience members are invited to eat during the 45-minute concert; the church will provide cookies and lemonade.
In addition to the Duo for Flute and Piano of Aaron Copland, and the Cantabile et Presto of Georges Enesco, Nicole and Scott will be joined by violinist Emily Kalish in the Trio Sonata 1 of G.F. Handel.

Nicole Schroeder
is
a freelance flutist in New York City and Pennsylvania who performs a wide range of musical
styles on flute, piccolo, alto flute, and bamboo flute. She is principal flutist of the
Northern Tier Symphony Orchestra and also performs with Aerie Winds, the
Branchfield/Schroeder Duo, The SymphoNYChorus, and the symphonic rock band Symfinity. An avid musical theatre fan, Nicole has played
in numerous pit orchestras at theatres in New York and Pennsylvania.
Nicole received an Masters of
Music in Flute Performance from New York University, where she studied with Bradley Garner. In addition to maintaining a busy performance schedule, Nicole
enjoys teaching her own private students.
